Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Deposits: 30% of total rental amount due upon reservation

The remaining balance of reservation amount is upon arrival

Deposits are due within one week of phone, e-mail, or online reservation request by mailing a check, providing credit card information. 

Deposits are only refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled stay and cabin is re-rented for the full length of stay,  less a $25 re-booking fee.  

Cancellations not made prior to 30 days will forfeit the deposit amount.

Cancellations should only be made under extreme circumstances, not for personal convenience.  We are a seasonal small business and cannot afford the loss of income!

Refunds are not given for early departures

Reservations can be made up to a year in advance for 3 nights or more.  Deposits for the following year are due after the 1st of the year

If necessary, reservations can be transferred within a calendar year, less a $25 re-booking fee.  

 

General Stay Information

Payments:  We accept cash, check,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express
*Credit card information must be provided for all cabin rentals for security purposes during your stay
**There is an additional 2.6% convenience fee on all card transactions.

Check-in: 3:00pm or after Check out: 10:00am or before. Early arrivals or late departures must be pre-approved and will incur an additional charge.

 ALL cabins are NON SMOKING!  Smoking is permitted on porches.  If you smoke in our cabins, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee.

Maximum persons/per cabin is not a suggestion, but a firm policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to persons violating general stay policies or staying under false pretenses.
